DuctShield is a totally new concept for insulating external ductwork. The DuctShield Insulation system is an affordable mechanically robust insulation and cladding system. Ductshield, the Ductwork Insulation system is a unique patented locking system that will set the example for all other insulation systems to follow.

Guaranteed for 10 years, the DuctShield system is manufactured in the U.K using polyslab - a non fibrous, closed cell panel - which has almost twice the thermal efficiency of mineral wool. The panels are used to insulate the top, bottom and sides of the ductwork using a patented 'T' bar system with locating dowels. A rigid protective capping is applied to the top surface of the Ductwork Insulation panels to prevent attack by birds. By using a combination of rigid insulation and protective capping the top panels can be re-inforced to take light foot traffic.
